Newest MVA intern following family path to Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. Glenn Reeves, Jr., the Meharry-Vanderbilt Alliance’s (MVA) latest intern, joins the team this summer after completing his undergraduate studies in biology at Morehouse College. He joined Meharry Medical College’s (MMC) School of Medicine based on the recommendation of an educator there.

Wilkins takes key role in national ‘All of Us’ precision medicine effort

NASHVILLE, Tenn. Consuelo H. Wilkins, MD, MSCI, has played a major role in the development of the national All of Us Research Program, an ambitious effort led by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to accelerate the prevention and treatment of illness through precision medicine.

Newest MVA team member eager to give back to the community

NASHVILLE, Tenn. Jabári Ichimura, the newest team member to join the Meharry-Vanderbilt Alliance (MVA), hopes to benefit the community while serving as Clinical Research Coordinator III. “I definitely want involvement with the community, to relate my work to the people that it’s helping,” he said.
